1.Description:

          A pure natural and water soluble food color produced by our company, is obtained by extracting skins of edible purple grape fruit of vitaceae which are planted locally. The process is extracting, refining. The major pigment component is enocyanin of anthocyanins

2.Appearance: red to dark purple powder,lump,mush or liquid with a special stink

 

3.Solvent Effects: soluble in water,ethanol,propylene glycol , insoluble in oil

    pH Influence: stable in acidic conditions   RED to PURPLE-RED 

                            unstable in neutral and alkaline conditions   DARK BLUE  

4.Metallic Ions Interaction:  turn into dark purple when meet with Fe3+

5.Protein effect: turn into dark purple when meet with protein

6.Light Stability (under acidic conditions):   GOOD

7.Heat Stability (under acidic conditions):   GOOD
